Our Returns Policy
We hope you will love your PJs for years to come but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please note that we can only accept items that are returned in their original condition (unworn and incl. all tags) within 14 days of notifying us that you'd like to return your order. We are not responsible for the cost of return postage and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your final refund.
Please note that we don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to have a different size or color, please place a new order.

Washing your PJs
You may machine-wash your cotton garments at a normal wash cycle setting and at a low temperature (max. 30°C), or cold. Always make sure to use a gentle eco-friendly laundry detergent and avoid conventional softeners as well as bleach, as they can damage the fabric. To further protect your cotton garments, always wash them with similar colors and inside out.
Drying Cotton
Avoid tumble-drying, as this can speed up the aging of your cotton garments, may cause shrinkage, and also uses a considerable amount of energy. Instead, hang-dry your organic cotton garments immediately after removing them from the washing machine, and gently shake and re-shape them while doing so.
In case of an emergency, you may tumble-dry your cotton garments using the air cycle (no heat). But please remember that hang drying your laundry is the most environmentally friendly and safest option.
Ironing Cotton
Gently shaking out your cotton clothes while they are still damp is often enough to remove wrinkles naturally. You may also iron them at low to medium heat. Since our cotton is not treated with harsh chemicals, it is often less resistant to heat than conventional cotton. Therefore, it’s a good idea to always start with the lowest heat setting and gradually adjust it as needed.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal for your convenience.
Can I purchase in another currency apart from Euro?
No, at this point we only offer Euro payments. You can, however, see your currency. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.
Do you offer e-gift cards for customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the EU.
Can I return my order?
Yes, international customers can return their order. Our shop, based in Austria, allows returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Please ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service for instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
